I liked the style and size…but….the zippers kept getting stuck. They wouldn’t zip up easily. When they were zipped up, it was difficult to unzip them.

I like the boots—they fit true to size, look great and are very comfortable. The only issue (if this bothers you), the zipper is on the outside and flaps when I walk.

Would give 0 stars if I could! The zippers don’t work. I ordered one pair and loved the fit + look. The left zipper would not zip up the first time I tried them on, but the right zipper was fine. I returned them as defective and re-ordered. For the second pair, the left zipper would not even zip DOWN to try to them on, and the right zipper got stuck in the down position. The previous reviewers were right – these are truly defective. Do not buy.

Had to return because zippers didn’t work
